Investments
The Objective:
A newly-created real-estate investment firm, Last Mile Investments, reached out for help in establishing their online presence to increase the company's legitimacy and communicate information with prospective investors.
The Solution:
Design and build a website on Wordpress, giving the company a solid base for their first site while they establish the business, and allowing for expanded features in the future.

Prototyping
Low-fidelity click-through prototypes were created using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD to establish layouts, number of pages, and overall site architecture.
Mockups
After prototypes, high-fidelity mockups were created using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD. Once a style was established for the home page, it was then applied across all other pages.
Engaging Animations
Custom CSS in conjunction with Wordpress creates a memorable landing page intro animation.
Responsive
Fully-responsive, the site remains beautiful and functional at any screen size.
Wordpress
Built in Wordpress, the CMS (content management system) capabilities allow the team at Last Mile to handle small edits on the site without the need for a developer.
